Hare Racing Experience

The Hare Racing Experience for Epilepsy hosts more than 425 runners and walkers in a 5K "Off-Road Race" or 1 mile race.  All 5K and 1 mile runners sport a Hare Racing Experience t-shirt. There are also free Fun Runs for kids 6 and under.  The event is family-oriented. Over 1,000 family members and fans come to cheer on the runners and walkers. It begins and ends at the campus of the University of South Florida. Winners take home awards. All attendees are treated to refreshments from DoubleTree, Sweet Tomatoes and Panera Bread. The Easter Bunny and Ronald McDonald entertain the children. There are runner and family oriented booths. Major sponsors of the event include:
