Case Management

The case management program is designed to help persons with epilepsy and educate them and their families and caregivers about the disorder. Individuals learn to accept and adjust to the diagnosis of epilepsy. A team of six (6) case managers provide services. Services include:

• Epilepsy education
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Assisting clients to access treatment services
• Referrals to other agencies
